This track is an anomaly, in that a remix was actually completed before the original track was.

In 2004, Anji began collaborating with Beauty's Confusion, on a song based around an acoustic guitar loop by Ryan, to be called "Heartstrings." Chris worked up an instrumental demo, and both Anji and Jenna, of Beauty's Confusion, recorded some rough demo vocals. The project came to an artistic standstill for a time, until, the following year, this remix by mutual friend, DJ Pain 1, came into existence. To be fair, this is also a demo, as DJ Pain 1 indicated that he wanted to tweak it some more, but that never happened.

Just thought we'd offer up this mix as a free bonus track after all this time for the sake of history. Thanks to everyone who put their time and talent into this song over the years!
